As a Resident Transporter CNA, you will :
- Pick up and deliver residents and patients to and from all designated locations.
- Report to nursing staff when residents and / or patients have returned from trip.
- Monitor the transportation vehicle's performance, and keep an accurate log and forms for mileage, gas, and oil usage.
- Document incidents, accidents, injuries, or traffic violations immediately to the Director of Nursing.
- Assist with activities and restorative care when not transporting residents.
- Maintain confidentiality of Senior Care and unit matters.

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about optimizing patient care? We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements :
Required Education, Experience, and Skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active on CNA Registry.
- Completion of Adult Mandatory Reporter within 90 days of employment.
- Completion of BLS within 60 days of employment.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills :
- 1 year of experience in long term care.
- Point Click Care, Point of Care knowledge.

Department : Senior Care
Employment Type : Full-Time
Schedule : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm Monday - Friday (hours may vary occasionally based on transportation needs)
Salary Range : $19.00 - 28.50 per hour (competitive and commensurate with experience); plus 2nd shift differential
